1. General Policy
All purchases made from Ibrand C Limited are final. Due to the nature of our IT solutions and digital products, refunds are generally not provided after purchase and delivery. By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Delivery of Products
As our offerings consist of IT solutions and digital products, all items are delivered electronically. Physical shipping does not apply. Upon successful payment, delivery is fulfilled by granting access to the purchased product or service. This is typically done via an automated email containing download links, license keys, or login credentials, or by directly unlocking access within the user’s online account.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Lack of usage
Failure to understand product functionality
Incompatibility with third-party systems
User technical limitations
Account suspension due to violation
4. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
Product was not delivered (i.e., digital access was never granted)
Duplicate payment occurred
Technical failure prevents access and cannot be resolved
